The changes are good!!
But some of us may need help.
1. Do I need my old password for the Community?
2. Why are my sentences doubled spaced?
3. If I log in the new way and go to Community, how do I get back to My Account or My Rewards?
4. In the new process, can one inadvertently give theirselves a new Community name? Looks like I did as I am supposed to be MrChizzelFlint.

id 289### is normal. Acutally every account has an #, they just use the profile number for reference
those working machine works, could be due to cache.
double space fix, don't use enter, use Shift Enter
lack of filter: it is not bad, the old filter has glitch, they didn't fix it, so it is better to remove the type filter rather than a broken one that looks like working
2FA: many places push you for that. Fido is funny, you can remove it, but everytime you login, it bring you back to enable screen and you have to enable it or you cannot go forward. then you can go back to profile to disable it. Then next time, the same thing happen. In short, no way to disable it for good

Yes. They changed my name from my old profile, which freed it up to select for "this" new profile. Then I used MrChizzelFlint. But was for the wrong account...my error...so I got a little ticked off with myself and renamed to the Grinch. They said they would do same for my other two accounts. And that puts me to be a low ranked member x 3...and that's not right!!! So the other two accounts I just took the forced option and that where it's at. You can change your account name as an option as well. If you notice they have put in an extra control of it all by giving you an ID#, like 289###. My iPad won't work on this new site....so I won't be here that much any more and that's ok. My older iMac works and my newer iPhone works....but I don't like to use iPhone for the Community.
The errors, glitches, and inconsistencies are so bad this time....I am going to throw in the towel! it's just too overwhelming and time consuming to expect any one to fix. You roll it out....and it's bad...ask for feed back....fix....tick a lot of customers off.....so how much is that cost vs doing a thorough test before you roll it out??? I worked in IT for a major retailer....and this would never happen as it would impact on the company workers, the customers and affect business partners and we knew it would lead to a loss of business. They are trying to fix it for us but that's hard to do and they are understandably not all on the same page as fixes go into place and another anomaly surfaces.
The double spacing in the posts and private messages.
The lack of filtering calls, text, or data using Usage Activity...gone!
My WF723 is using data on my account and it's a device that does not use data.
I do like the second factor and do like that you can get the code by voice, text or email.
I do see they are addressing the forced "new" Community ID. So will now have to wait and see. I have documents to update once all is done. PM doesn't see what happens at the customer level, I guess.

Some how in the conversion my NickName was lost. They fixed it for me but I am back to day one for community rewards. Now I have to ask for that 2 more times. 😩

1. you don't need your old password, it is single username and password for city My Account and Community
2. I hate the double space too
3. just click sign in on the top for My Account
4. if you use the same email on both Community and My account, it should use the same community name, now called nickname. But if you use different emails or the community name is now different, the. probably you will need support to fix it
