Plan Changed without my knowlege

Hello, 

My phone is not working, it says there is no service.  I checked my account and noticed that the plan has changed without my knowlege.  The price increased from $120 which I have been paying for a long time now to $277.00.

You might need to send a message to @CS_Agent to request a subscription change. I recently wasn't able to switch from a 90 day $102 subscription to a 30 day $34 subscription. An agent made a one time exception to partially refund the 90 day and switch me to the 30 day offer.

I had switched between 30 and 90 day subscriptions many times 2 years ago, but the system makes things difficult to downgrade to a lower priced subscription that you want.

I only see $45 for Canada us Mexico.

No $39 though. 

You should see a $39 plan with more data and includes US and Mexico roaming, that would be a better plan

Definitely, I'm looking at the plans now while I wait to hear from PM.   Appreciate responses everybody.

BTW...that's a very old plan you have there. All currently offered plans have Canada wide calling now...no longer any province only calls. Check to see if there isn't something better / cheaper that you could use. There's a $19 plan with Canada wide calling to start....see if that's available to you in your plan menu.

try logging in to your account on a laptop but use incognito mode. Clear cache files as well. See if that makes any difference to what you're seeing. If that doesn't help...message Customer Support using link provided by @slusagm . If you click on Upcoming Payment Breakdown, does it show a different payment (could be a glitch is what you're seeing there)

You have a $120 90 days plan? 

Someone has a 90 days plan showed up with wrong upcoming pricing last week or so too.   Won't be $270+ as PM never have such an expensive plan ever, so mush be a system glitch.  Open ticket with PM and they will fix it

PM does NOT increase plan cost customers already have. Just not possible...

Verify your account using computer, clear cache, use incognito mode.
Something is off there...

are you in the parts of Ontario that were affected by winter storm last week ? If so, be aware that crews are still in the process of gluing things back together...there could be outages lasting a few hours or even over night still. As far as your account goes...log in to your account to confirm exactly which plan you're on. $277 doesn't seem to jibe with any of currently available plans.

It for sure won't be $277, there is no such plan. maybe post a screensh

Try check My Account again using Browser with Incognito mode

Or same thing shows up, ask PM to check and fix it, for sure just glitches 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
