Sometimes it takes two tries but not more. To have the 2FA code sent by text, your account must be Active. You can purchase a voucher enter it through *611 to Activate your account and get the code through text.

I've been having the same problem. Nothing in the Spam or Junk folders.

@Shaun8 is your account suspended? does it give you the option to send vis sms??

Are you sure you're using the correct e-mail?
Check your SPAM or JUNK folders on your e-mail account - they may be going there.
