Hi,
I am not using the phone until June 1.
Would you be possible to credit the amount as of today? And activate my card again on June 1?

If your current cycle runs until the date of your return, there’s no benefit to do anything.
If the current cycle ends in the next short while, you could simply suspend your account by placing it on, lost/stolen, and then resume it upon your return.

Disable Autopay... then just let your plan Suspend when current plan expires. Then when you get home, re-enable Autopay, then pay up to Reactivate.

@Heidi23 Sorry, Not possible to suspend now and get the creidt.
PM is a prepaid provider. . You paid on day 1 for the service for 30 days and service cannot be suspended mid-way to get credit back
However, you can still save some money if your current plan cycle ends before Jun 1st. What you can do now is to login to My Accoount,, go to Payment page, Manage Payment Method and disable Pre-authorized payment:
with that , your service will still work until 7 days later May 15. until the end of your current cycle. But it won't renew on May 15th and will be suspended
then on Jun 1, you can login to My Account, and click Reactivate my plan to resume the service yourself
Add: Again, all these extra work above will only help to save some money if your current cycle ends BEFORE Jun 1st. if it ends beyond that, then there is really no workarounds to save any money in your case
But please login My Account to confirm your current cycle. PM is a provider using 30 days cycle and cycle date will shift and does not stsarts on the same day every month and not start on the 1st of each month a lto
