@Edlau - is texting in/out working? data?
Try manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if that improves services.
Try to perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

A number porting issue wouldn't affect the ability to make outgoing calls, so there's something else at issue here.

If so, did you leave the old SIM in your phone and wait for a text confirming you are porting over? You have 90 minutes to confirm.
If you missed the text then you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process.

@Edlau More info please does anything work? Is this a new activation if you dial *611 is your account active

first reboot your phone once
still fails, check Self Serve My Account to see if your account status is Active or Suspended
If Active, you can try reseat your SIM (power down the phone, take sim out for a minute , then put it back and power up)
if you have another phone around, put the PM SIM into the other phone and see if it works there
let us know how it goes and we can advise further from there.
