System won't take my payment

Greetings; Just like the title says: I have tried different cards, different ways.  The system says that I have to register my new card number in "manage subscriptions" area.  But I can't even find it.   I have tried the ticket route and no one seems to be resetting it so it works.  Keep getting system errors.  Have been w/o phone for 11 days this is getting annoying.

I'm not sure if you're needing to change your credit card but if you know your 4 digit account pin, have you tried to dial 611 and use the card there? But if you need to change the card then that won't work along with using the chatbot. Those are #5 and #6.

You can only try a form of payment twice per the mentioned hour.

Thanks!   Now I have two ways to try to reestablish service.  I will try incognito way first.

get payment vouchers at Shell gas or Walmart, then  dial 611 to add them to your account and Reactivate it. Deal with cc issue later.

@Kelty  You may need to wait one full hour and try again . And when you do try incognito mode or private mode or even from another device or computer

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
