I saw a plan for $23/mth in my profile a couple days ago. I didn't switch it then but I tried to switch it now but it's no longer there. I do see it on the website for new activations. Is it possible for a 10yr old customer to get that plan? I am really trying to cut down my expenses and that'll be pretty significant. TIA

In addition to @hTideGnow ‘s reply, here’s 2 more suggestions. #1. wait until Boxing Day/week and hope your target plan is available in your Subscription offers, #2. Work your friends and family network to start building referrals. 12 referrals is $12 “off” your bill essentially getting you to $23 /month. You are not alone in wanting to cut expenses, so finding at least 12 people that want to do the same should be fairly easy. It may take some time and a little effort on your part. sorry @RS13 you can only change plan to what available on your Change Subscription page, if it is not there, then you can't
Some might suggest you to ask support agent, but many confirmed that agents have declined the request
But you can also try checking the change subscription page again using the PM app as well as using Incognito/ private/secret mode on the browser
