Hi,
I did not respond to the text message from Telus within 90 minutes to switch my number over to Public, as I took my Telus sim card out right away. Is there a way I can get another text message from Telus to accept the switch?

The number you gave is correct, even lucky mobile has it listed on their help page as public mobiles port team support line

It's a puzzler. I'll stop directing people to that number. Maybe others have already replied to you in private message. Check your envelope icon up by your sailboat avatar. There's a stupid rule around here where we aren't allowed to post the number openly.

But that's what they're there for. I guess you should undo the solution on my earlier reply. Apparently there's another number that people give. I don't have that handy.

It's the same place. Put your Telus sim in a phone and call the number.
