My number was supposed to have been ported within 30 mins. Its 10hrs later and still not ported. I use my phone for business so none of my clients can get hold of me.

Are you porting out of PM? It shows that you are on this Community since December 3/21.
If you are porting out then you need to contact the new carrier.

Is your old account still active and working? Was it active at the time of porting? Was it close to expiring?

Did you get and reply to the confirmation text on the old sim?
Did reply yes to the text within 90 minutes with your old sim card still installed?
