Switching from 3g to 4g

Simon says I will still get my rewards. The promotion right now is basically I will switch from 3g to 4g and the price stays the same as well as my rewards. So What I am understanding is I will get 4G for the exact same monthly price?

Therefore if 4G plan is the same price as 3G you can switch and get faster Internet.
