Simon says I will still get my rewards. The promotion right now is basically I will switch from 3g to 4g and the price stays the same as well as my rewards. So What I am understanding is I will get 4G for the exact same monthly price? Please confirm.

Good point. I just signed up to PM a few weeks ago and it took 4 days to get my sim. I guess it depends on Canada Post with everything going on.

You can port your number via self serve account. You will need a new number first from public make sure you do not cancel koodo until you port over. Once PM is set up go to self serve and port your number. It takes about two hours but it works. Click...

Not sure what the issue is here? At PM you order a sim card online. Its $10. As long as you have a compatible phone you insert the sim card and activate account. Can you be more specific about what your issue is and maybe I can help resolve it?
