Switching a plan

My husband has $25 plan which has 1GB at 3G speed. I got an offer recently $21/month 3G at 4G speed since i am with the cheapest plan right now.  How can he switch his plan to this $21/ month 3GB at 4G speed ?

HOW did he get that offer?

Sometimes PM sends offer through SMS and you have to reply YES to accept it. And keep screenshots of all that communication as proof you did the right thing. There is o other way to get that plan.

@Miyo  The lowest plan available to existing customers is the $19 with 1GB at 4G speed.  It's not advertised so he would need to log in to his account and look at what's in change subscription.

If he didn't get that targeted text message, then sadly no. He can however take his changes and ask a Customer Service Agent. But there are no promises.
