if you switch plan , do you lose your free promos such as 2 gb data and 500 min international calls

@Sizzlerman24   If you switch to a 5G plan with unlimited data the free data add-ons will become noted as "incompatible" in your account but will stay in your account for future use if you should ever switch back to a plan where they are compatible, presumably not an unlimited data one.  So they're not lost, just paused.  The international minutes remain usable.

You can change your plan any time you want. If you are on Legacy Rewards, you will not lose them. If you ever see something asking you to switch to the new rewards program, say no. With regards to all the More the Merrier offers from the last several years, you won't lose those per say. If you switch to a 5G plan, you may as they have no value. You won't lose your Intl minutes though.

No, if you switch through your online account, you will not lose any add-ons or promos. 🙂
