Hi! I subscriped to a plan with esim only to find out in the App that my phone does not support eSims. I bought a physical Sim card but have no clue how to change the plan and activate that card.

When you log-in to the app, does it display an option to go back?

Well I am not sure... I log into the App and it asked me to activate subscription but I can not do that - because I opted for the eSim. I don't see an Account option

@DoroC first step is you need to have the Public Mobile app installed on your phone to complete the activation which should set up your SIM
From the app, go to the "Account" tab, then select "Change Your SIM card"
