My wife want to switch to $29 CAN-US-MEX Monthly plan. But there is no such option when she try to change subscription in her My Account. She was in a 90 days plan. Anyone can help?

@hzhang12 On the website if you click on that plan then it will say only for new activations, but that dosent matter for existing customers to get the plan , catch is they need to be on lower priced plan to be able to get that offer in their accounts

That's weird. That plan is on the plans page. It suppose to be available to anybody. It is not new subscription only.

PM is not using targeted marketing approach and only give users selected plans and not all. And of course, if you don't see the plan, you cannot change to it.
Some tried to ask support for help to switch to plan they don't see but most got declined

@hzhang12 Sorry we can only chage to the plans that are available to us to content in our accounts , so not everyone will see that $29 plan as option especially if there plan already cost more . pM made it harder to down grade plans and prefer people to upgrade plan price

If you do not see desired plan after logging in to your account then that particular plan is not available to you.
You can open a ticket and ask agent if they can do anything for her but do not expect favorable resolution.
