Reversing Change of Plan

I texted approval to change plans at next billing cycle, but now I have reconsidered and would like to cancel before it begins - how do I do that?

@AJRJ, if you prefer you could reach out to a support agent and ask them to confirm that you are not scheduled for a plan change, that way if they see something there you could request to cancel it since you are not seeing the option there in your account.

If you log in to your account, you should see details of current plan and also noted will be any scheduled plan change. If you see no such notation...maybe your plan changed immediately. All that info can by logging in to your account either web or app based.

Thank you for these responses. I texted 'Yes' a couple of days ago to a change of plan, but I don't see a pending change showing up in my account, so perhaps it didn't go through in the end. I'll check again before renewal. Thanks again.

@AJRJ  You can log into your account subscriptions /add on page and cancel the change like this

log in to your account and you can cancel that plan change.

HI @AJRJ 

if it was a schedule plan change, you can opt out still

just login My Account, go to Change Subscription page, and you will see a pending change there, just click cancel

You can do the same on the app.  Just go the Manage Subscription on the Subscription page and it will show you the pending change and you can cancel there
