if you reported fraud to credit card, credit card company will reverse it but you will loss your service immediately
if you requested "Change Now" when change plan, it is normal that you will get charge new plan amount immediately
don't work with the bank for this case, work with PM. Open ticket with them using the orange chatbot icon on lower right, type Submit Ticket and choose Contact Us and it will bring you to ticket open screen

Yes I tried to change my plan over night please reverse the transaction $25.76 which happened in July 13, 2024 SELF8554782542 AB otherwise I will report it as a fraud

@Mikheal, which plan are you supposed to be subscribed to, and have you confirmed this by going into your PM app and going to the "Subscription" tab and clicking on "Manage Subscription"?

What shows up on your payment history in your self service account?

when is your usual renewal date ? If you recently joined Public Mobile, you provided a valid credit or debit card for autopayment. Your renewal will occur evey 30 days.
