Subscription did not change on renewal

Hey everyone, I was tryna switch to 90 days plan on my renewal. I did select change on next renewal, but It did not switch itself. So I'm still on the 30 days plan, is there anything I can do or I just have to wait till next renewal date?

I believe they took as 30 days plan. It didn't change

please use Incognit/private/secret mode on your browser to login and check again.

Check if PM took the correct amount

if you were using app to check, better to logoff and re-login or even uninstall and reinstall the app and login to avoid app cache problem

@Leqi_77  Could be just a cache issue check like this and where you charged the right amount . If not use this direct link to support to investigate 

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
