Whenever I login it brings me to the payment page even though payment has already succeeded. I purchased a SIM card but it has not arrived in the promised two business days; it's been double that. The promotional code that a friend gave me no longer works.

Once you receive your SIM. You can only activate the SIM on the PM app and not in the website.

not a lie...it could get there quickly OR it could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. A lot depends on Canada Post. If there's a MobileKlinic near you, see if they have a PM sim available for you. When your other one does arrive, gift it to a friend or fam who wants to $ave money on their cell bill too.

Not a lie, but poor wording.  It states it should be shipped within 2 business days.  But, it will take up to 10 business days to arrive.  Usually shipped via Canada post.  No tracking information unfortunately. 

@reinderien   I think it was optimistic!  Elsewhere PM says: 

  • Allow 5-10 business days for your SIM to arrive in the mail
  • At this time, we do not provide a tracking number for SIM cards. If you have not received your physical SIM card within 10 business days, please contact a Customer Support Agent

the sim card usually arrive in 5 days, but could be as many as 3 weeks
