Hi everyone
I have purchased the 15-day 1GB US Data Add on (data only). Since I arrived here, the data has not been working, despite showing full reception and "LTE". I have tried searching various articles and troubleshooting, and it is still not working. I have also enabled data roaming and is currently connected to AT&T (though I tried all the other available carrier as well).
Am I missing something here?

Not at all embarrassing. You're not the first. So since it does happen it means there's a bit of uncertainty in the purchasing process that should be improved.
When you're settled and it's working for you then you can contact support to ask them nicely to remove and credit the other add-on.

There you go. You bought the Canada add-on. Buy the proper roaming one and then contact support to credit you back the other one unless you might need it before 30 days are up.

Day counter does say 29/30 Days left, and 0% used! I was wondering why it is out of 30, not 15.
My phone is set to LTE right now and I manually selected T-Mobile (I tried both).

Does the day counter actually say out of 15 days or does it maybe say out of 30 days? Click on the little spinner refresh icon under the shop add-ons button to make sure you're looking at current info.
Set the phone to 4G LTE if it's on 5G now. Data should work fine on either T-Mobile or AT&T. If it's not in a great reception coverage area then switch to the other.

Yes, text seems to be fine...I tried turning off and on a few times and it is still not working 😞

Usually T mobile works better. Try to manually select T mobile LTE network.
Other troubleshooting advice:
Reboot phone. Maybe try network reset. Not this will erase any saved Wifi password settings. Toggle airplane mode on, then off.

does talk and text work as expected ? Try cycling phone off..then back on again.
