Hi, I require receipts for my payments while I was an active public mobile user. However, my account has been deleted including my community account and I can't access anything. The only way I was able to even create this support post was by creating a brand new community account.
I do not want to share the private details of my account publicly for obvious reasons, but I need someone to contact me about getting invoices for all the payments I made while I was a public mobile customer.

Thank you! I did just that and it's been over 3 weeks and not only have they not sent me my receipts, they also aren't responding to any follow-ups. I'm SO glad I cancelled with public and switched to Koodo. Much better service, wifi calling, and my bill is cheaper.

Contact customer support and give them as many details as you possibly can regarding your prior account to prove you were the owner. They are the only ones who would be able to help you out.
