Hi
An amount of $31.5 was auto debited on Dec.22, 2023 for my account. But I moved over from Public Mobile to another service provider on Dec.28, 2023. Prorating for only 6 days of subscription from Dec.22 to Dec.28, would request you to refund for the remaining period as I am no more subscribed to Public mobile.
Please do the needful

Same thing happened to me today. Subscription technically doesn't even start till tomorrow. What a ridicilous policy by public mobile

sorry @San2 PM is prepaid provider and do not provide partial refund for early cancellation like your case
If you moved to Koodo or Telus, there is a slight chance they will give you a one time credit and they all part of Telus. If not, sorry, no way to get any credit back

@San2 Sorry PM is pre paid and no refunds . It’s best to port away from PM day or two before your renewal to minimize money lost
