Trying to port 2 numbers to Public from bell and both numbers received these having trouble transferring your number ...." wait overnight and both of the bell accounts hasn't been closed, which means transfer is not yet succeeded. No one call as the sms suggested. What should I do? Very Very frustrated with the overall process

Open a support ticket. I had the same issue and the support person restarted the porting process and it worked then.

Did you get the email with QR code for eSIM?
Might want to try rebooting your phones. See if any service.
