Hi I have an 4G Plan I noticed a lot of buffering I used to be on a 3G plan years ago with no buffering. I’m not sure what’s going on this happened on discovery plus and Netflix yesterday on my Apple Music and everything else loads very fast. I need suggestions why this could be happening. Speed test is showing over hundred megabytes per second.

This is likely an issue with your location not receiving optimal cell coverage. However, you should also check to make sure that your mobile device isn't set to low-data mode as well.

Go into the app you're using to stream these shows and see if you can adjust in the settings the video quality down. The app may be using the maximum video quality for your viewing pleasure. Apps will automatically adjust the video quality to suit your data speed now that your data speed is much higher it's probably choosing the highest video quality it can give you. You may also find in those settings travel mode choose that as it will lower the streaming quality but you will not notice the difference if you are viewing on your phone.

@noaccountpls not sure if it is location related
is Youtube video loading good?
I suggest you to try in different area, in case it is a local network issue
Also, try to clear cache of the app (Netflix and Discovery) and see if it helps

When did you switch to 4G? It takes few days for speed to reach max.
No issues with Netflix yesterday... It was smooth as usual.
