How to change Profile existing email to new email address?

Only customer support can do this for you contact them by the links in the above post. You will be required to answer some additional verification questions in order to change your email. You may want to log into your self-serve account and screenshot info to have it ready to answer the verification questions from the CSA.
Once customer support has changed your email address to your new one you may want to update your email address on your community account as well that can be done in your profile settings.

@Sksk you cannot change the email used for My Account yourself, you have to open ticket for PM to help you with that:
1. If you still have access to My account using the old email address: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
