So joined daughter up in the 30GB $40 plan decided check her usage and poke around in the point rewards as my account old legacy one and noticed this
I have refreshed page tried incognito uninstall app re install it and no matter what it still says $40 for 0 mb huh anyone else ever see this before

Good! I think you can safely ignore it then. As long as they are giving her the amount of data that is paid for I wouldn’t be concerned about what it says on the upcoming payment spot. I’m sure it’s just a glitch that hopefully will be ironed out.

My Uncoming bill is showing the proper data. Since it is only trouble only with Upcoming bill, I think it doesn't matter
or you just leak the latest price increase with PM? ($40 for voice/smsl only plan with no data? 🤣)

@HALIMACS New aug 27 and yes if I change plan for next renewal it will show right plan in payments , but I want her in this plan so obviously cancel plan change and still big fat zero mb . Don’t think I need be alarmed but wanted to share

If you look at the usage page does it display the full 30GB that she is allotted with that plan? Haven’t seen this before but if she just signed up perhaps it’s a glitch that will eventually catch up. As long as it shows that she has 30GB of data on the usage page I wouldn’t worry.

is it a brand new account? If so, you may notice it update tomorrow.
Try going into change the subscription to see if it displays more accurate information?
