I see on my credit card that I received additional charges in strange amounts in August. The CS agents keep saying it's not showing up on my payment history but it's quite clear this is public mobile charges.
I have a $40 plan so the extra $16.95 and $27.12 charges make no sense...anyone have this before?

Did you run out of data and then respond to a text offer to buy more data at $15+tax per GB? Does someone else have access to your phone?

The other charges are under a different name (Public mobile self-ser, Edmonton, AB). That is somewhat unusual...
Did you purchase any add ons? Any other accounts with Public mobile?
Since the extra charges does not show up in your payment history, then the charges and funds went elsewhere.

@Miyak is it possible you purchased an addon or made a plan change? The $16.95 is $15 plus tax and the $27.12 is $24 plus tax
If you go into you PM account you should be able to see your payment history which should give you more clarity on what these amounts were exactly for
