I am taking an overseas trip between Feb 17th - April 3rd, 2023. Can I disable the autopayment in my account for the month of March and re-activate when I am back in early April? Thank you.

Here are your options for suspending your account. (Any rewards reference pertains to $$ rewards not points rewards.)
Most important mark on your calendar day 85 of your suspension and day 90. Do not forget when you must unsuspend your account via lost/stolen and/or pay and reactivate your service so you don't lose your phone number and account. Do not leave this to the last day give yourself at least 2 days of leeway to reactivate yiur account. Happy travels and Stay--Safe!

@CaesarWong simply remove the Pre-authorized payments from My Account, Payment Page, Manage payment methed, you can then disable
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card-summary
As long as you come back 90 days before the first day of suspension (the day after your end of the current cycle) , you are all good

When is your next renewal? But yes your timeframe should be fine for returning and reactivating.

@CaesarWong , there should be no problem with what you want to do. You can have the account in suspended state for 89 days without problem.
