And for now, see if you can use the FindMy service to locate the phone and try a remote wipe

@BKNS27- Self-suspending disables the sim. It does not cancel it. Nor does it blacklist the device. If the phone were to be recovered before 90 days after the plan would have ended then one could resume the account and sim.

@Gladysdb Log into your self serve account and select Quick Links (top right), then Phone Lost/Stolen and enable. You'll need to Resume service once you've either found your phone or bought a new SIM which can also be changed under Quick Links or Profile page.

Just login to your account and click on Lost/Stolen Phone/SIM so the SIM is suspended and if you registered the IMEI during activation of the SIM. Contact a CS_Agent to have the phone Blacklisted.

Log in to your account and report phone as lost/stolen. Account will be suspended immediately.
Remove autopay from your account and on next renewal account will be suspended and deleted after 90 days of no pay.
If you wrote down somewhere your phone's IMEI ask PM to blacklist it so nobody can use it.
