Like many others, I activated my SIM card over a week ago and have been waiting for my number to fully port over from Rogers. I can dial out, text and use data using my PM SIM but cannot receive calls nor texts, which still only go to my Rogers SIM.
I have submitted a support ticket (#2539-5716) and have messaged the mods about this. Self-serve is telling me to contact PM when I try to Transfer/Change my number. I have not heard back since.
@Shazia_K, @Jeremy_M, and @Mary_M, please help if you're out there. I look forward to a full transition to Public Mobile. Thanks!

I provided my Rogers account # for the port, still got the same issue

I received an email from a Mod about an hour ago who said to go ahead and do self-serve to port from Koodo to Public Mobile and it' sworking for me now.

I wonder if the issue could have been avoided if I gave my Rogers account number up front during activation instead of just my IMEI number off my unlocked iPhone purchased direct from Apple.
Maybe I might have had an easier to resolve issue.
I did end up supplying my Rogers account number for additional info.
In any case, @Shazia_K responded to my private message to the mods soon after posting this and my PM SIM is now functioning as expected as of 15 mins ago (about an hour since posting). I hope it stays that way!
Thanks to the mods and everyone else involved for helping out. It's unfortunate that people are going through this but I can confirm that if you get noticed on the boards, then the mods are a great help. Best of luck to the rest of you who are still experiencing similar issues, I hope you get your fix soon!

seems to be an issue for a lot of people, myself included.
I'm guessing they've got a long backlog after a lot of people signed up for the promo
