I received an email from a Mod about an hour ago who said to go ahead and do self-serve to port from Koodo to Public Mobile and it' sworking for me now.
I don't plan on leaving, but I hope that PM extends the renewal date to a month. For example, if you're next bill date is Feb 15, 2017 extend it to March 15, 2017. This is definitely something PM can do, and should do, and it will create goodwill.
Is it true that Public Mobile customers get less network prioirty over Telus and Koodo? Because I've been hearing a lot of reps from those respective companies saying that.
