I receives no call, text or data service since last week, even after the long waited porting was successful.
I have already submitted a get help form but, hey agian, no response just like last time I submitted the activation request form.
I did submitted a change number request before MOD helped by submitting the porting request again. Now I wonder:
1. If the request for changing the number is still going through and how do I stop it;
2. How to resolve the no service issue.
Please help.

If can you make calls, see if this helps:
If your old SIM still works just keep using it.
