Still on LTE not 5g

Hi, still new to this but I subscribed to this network but I am still getting LTE network instead of 5g.

Is there something I should do?

This is common on Samsung S20 FE phones not showing 5G on the phone but conduct a speed test to see if it is at 5G speed.

Is your phone 5G capable? If so take a look at the coverage map to see if your in the 5G area.

@Jayceee since 5G is not battery friendly, many devices will stay with 4G or LTE unless there is a big download.  

And with a 5G plan, your speed on 4G would be near 5G anyway, you should easily get 200Mbps

To really use 5G, turn off Power saving mode.

and if you are using iPhone, make sure you set 5G ON instead of 5G Auto
