I have had no service since yesterday morning and I can't access my account on anything including the app. Support has not helped at all

hi @Sammacg9 something weird with high account. You didn't try to reverse any Public Mobile charges with the credit card recently?

Yes I tried my account it tells my I'm unauthorised to access it. My data and service were fine yesterday morning. I've tried taking restarting, I've taken my sim out, I've reset the network, I've direct messaged them, I've submitted tickets. Why is it so hard to talk to an actual customer service rep.

data works? you sure account active? did you check My Account?
Reboot your phone and Reset All Networks might help
