Hi,
Please, some one in PUBLIC helps me out. I activated PUBLIC SIM card last Thursday, and able to make call, but no incoming call. All incoming call and SMS are routed to my old WIND phone. I filed a request on Saturday (provided WIND account, SIM card number...etc), but get zero response from PUBLIC at this time. I also sent private message to one of the moderator, and also get no response. I desperately need to have this phone working ASAP.... Please help

Thanks for everyone's help. I switch to PUBLIC because WIND has poor coverage in GTA, and Ontario. I will be travelling soon, and really need to have the phone working, Hope PUBLIC will resolve my issue ASAP.....

@iyang1818 Just use your Wind SIM. It will stop working when the transfer is complete. Do not cancel the Wind account.

They are not currently replying (to me anyhow) on Twitter or FB. I've been trying for a couple of days.
