Hello,
my boyfriend and I both switch to public mobile from bell on Sunday November 20. We can make outgoing calls, send and receive texts but we cannot receive any incoming calls. Please let me know what info I need to provide to get this sorted out.

Looks like you are in porting puratory 😞
Have you checked if your old sim cards work? if yes use those.
Best thing to to is message one of the moderators with
1) your ported number/old number
2) your old account number
3) the name on you rold account exatly as it is written
