My CC expired and when I added my new CC it took and didnt give me any issues but when my plan renewal rolled over it failed and when I go to pay I get "Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later."
Ive tried all the tricks, incogn mode, clearing cache, two different phones, 3 different browsers, no add blocker.
Im starting to lose patience with this provider.

You can try to wait one hour first and try once more using Incognit/Private/Secret mode
Then if it still fails, please submit ticket with CS agent:

@Sreid87 have you explored the option of purchasing a voucher in store to get your account going in the meantime? A voucher can be applied using *611 from your phone. I can confirm that the vouchers can be purchased at Superstore and Canadian Tire at the cash register. Wal-Mart has sold them in the past, but it's possible that they may not be at this time. I have also heard of Shell and Canadian Tire gas stations selling them too. You will have to ask the cashier to look in a binder with the other vouchers for an orange and blue card, which is usually one of the last ones. You might be lucky to see dummy cards with the gift cards.
