My wife got a new public mobile sim card and we activate it, when we are making out going calls all things are working but when we call the number someone else is picking up the phone. How is it possible? What should we do?

@Sasan223 Unfortunately, occasionally PM gives out numbers that is already assigned to another customer. You can login and select the Profile from left side of page and then Change My Number as PM permits 4 number changes per 30 days for free.

@Sasan223 HI once in awhile when you pick a new number it is already in use by someone so go into her account and pick a new number profile/change number

did you keep your old number when you ported it and if so you need to contact an agent

This seems to happen a lot with Public, especially lately. If it's a new number, they've assigned the same number to more than one person. If the number has been ported from another provider, that's been screwed up. You'll have to contact customer support to fix it up.
