Why my account got suspended? I had auto payments since the beginning.

@Rodrigo1224 as others suggested check to ensure auto pay worked correct.  Have a look at the "payment history" to confirm payment was taken on your renewal date.

Left side on "payments" and then bottom right under "my upcoming bill" click on "view payment history"

@Rodrigo1224   Is your phone service working?  If it is then ignore any suspended message you might see in your self serve account as it's normal (but unnecessary) to see that during renewal day.

If the account is suspended because autopay failed, then login to your account and click Reactivate and make a manual payment.

Did your card expire? Did you move to a different postal code?

Sometimes autopay fails. It shouldn't. But it can. Just make a manual payment and you can reactivate the service. There are several ways to make a payment.
