i get transfer number to public mobile last Thursday but still use temporarily number, can someone help update to my number?
also i get refered to transfer this number in, can get $10 credites for it ? how can i know i get this credits

are you porting in from landline or mobile? porting from landline could take as many as 7 days
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can provide you with the porting update. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
for the referral code, did you enter it when you activate? you should see it on your My Account as Available fund within 72 hours
