I have been charged twice. Can someone contact me to clarify.

Where are you seeing the double charge? 
On your CC statement or your account?

If it is your CC statement then private message a CS_Agent for a credit or refund.

If it is showing on your accounts in the Payment section, note that is will show 2 prices.
The first one is show the plan you are subscribed to (not a charge).

The second one is the Automatic Top-up…this is a charge.

No worries, a bookkeeper didn’t under the PM invoice too…and she does this for a living.

@Maddy2  First check credit card is one charge pending or are both posted . If one pending it should fall off . Also check for my account for avaliable funds for the difference . If both charges are posted . Please submit ticket with support to get refund /credit
