Why 2 users living at the same address cannot use the same email address for login purpose?
Would not different password be sufficient to see different account?

PM is a prepaid service where 1 account/1 email address. Unless postpaid service where you can have additional lines added to the same account.

@Anonymous , you don’t need to create a new post (Re: email) like you did to respond back. Just respond by selecting reply on the messages on this post that you created🙂 Less confusion that way. 🙂

The key of the login is the email address and the password verifies it. I don't know of any login that has the password as the key and use the same name. That's backwards to everything I remember ever seeing for logging in to anything.

no exception, one email can only be used for one account
But you can try email alias as a second account if you want.

@Anonymous Sorry each phone line needs its own email . Both accounts can use the same credit card for payment thou at least

Sorry, PM login system is a simple one, one login for one account/phone line. There is no family account with the system. So, you need two different email logins for 2 different phone lines
