I’ve been billed 5 times which is mad I can’t pay rent now and there’s no history legit enough to provide the bank and bank says you guys got the money but I can’t even get support

@Rict- Then you won't be retained as that is not in the cards here. There have been many calls for in-between plans for more than the 1gb but less than the 20gb. The company doesn't seem interested after it removed all their single-digit gb plans.
The limited data is a serious sucking decision they made. And here you are. Likely leaving. They don't seem interested in keeping low usage customers and are only keeping the low-cost plans by regulation.

No just the signing up and porting of my number and it glitched and charged me 5 times my banks says it’s settled I need to get a hold of public now and I only have the receipt and the purchase I expected except the charge happened literally 5 times all at once same time everything it’s weird especially since the receipt I only got one and then the statement has all 5 separate but exactly the same identical

@Synthetichustle did you make a manual renewal payment or you let Pre-Authorized payments to take care of it?
Another thing, did you try to make any plan change earlier?
