Public Mobile doesn't have traditional call-in support...everything is done on line. First off..let us know the nature of your concern and we can either help fix it or direct you to the right place.

No call centre with Public mobile or live chat feature. You will need to contact customer service agent via ticketing system. CSA usually will take a few hours to respond to your question.
Is there a specific question you have? Community forum members are customers like yourself. We often can offer advice and troubleshoot issues without the need for CSA intervention.
