I had a similar issue on my Android phone. I went into settings and manually entered my SIM card number and manually chose my network. After that, everything worked flawlessly. Hope this helps.

E sim yes but idk what’s wrong it’s not activating the sim and now I can’t even login the app. So if I delete the e sim and try to reactivate it will that work or?

If ESIM, at the sim manager screen, see if the PM sim is there , enable it

did you use the PM app to activate ? It's required now.
