Helping set up a friend's phone. Thought a e sim would work. And we paid for the subscription. We have now found out we need a physical one. How do we cancel and restart the process?

@Michelleingram you can't start over. You can use the chatbot to submit a ticket.
Or purchase from Amazon for quicker delivery.
Even better from a local Telus store if they sell Public Mobile SIM.
Once you have the card, you guys would need to sign into the account to update the SIM number.
