I ordered a sim card online but noticed its being shipped to the wrong address. What do I do now?

hi @Tiff89 this is troublesome. I did that too, contacted agent and they said they will change it. Still ended up receiving on the wrong address. Luckily my neighbor knew me and gave me back
try to submit ticket and ask them to change, but don't have high hope

Hi @Tiff89
I think you may be hooped on that one. You can however call up your local Telus stores and see if they have a SIM card to sell. Or you can order from Amazon for $4.99 if you have Prime. Clearly if it's a wrong address, it will be sent back. You can contact a CS Agent and let them know. They have the ability to credit your account, just not a refund.
When you get it all figured out, you can reach them here.

Nothing much as it is already in the mail.
If you can go to that address and notify resident to keep card for you and let you know when and If it arrives.
