I have not received my Sim card.  It had been more than 10 days!   Is it normal!

You are most likely at the mercy of Canada Post. If you are in an area outside of a major centre delivery may be slow. Letter mail in my area sometimes takes 10 days door to door and it's a 45 minute drive to where wee send and receive. I would wait at least 3 weeks minimum before you get too worried.

As previously mentioned, I was able to purchase one immediately from a Telus kiosk.  Though, if your experience mirrors mine, you will be out of service for likely three days..and may not be able to fully port over your number.

Public mobile sends the PM Sim card via Canada Post.  Suppose to take less than 10 business days to arrive (official stance of PM mobile).  There is no tracking.  If more than 10 business days, contact PM via CSA agent.

Can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , but If it’s been more then 10 business days ask support for a update or if they will reimburse you to pick one up from  Telus / Koodo store or order from Amazon if your ins hurry
