Hi,
My father is having trouble accessing his account online. It seems the account has been locked out due to too many attempts at logging in. After waiting the recommended wait time as per the email that was sent after being locked out, I am still unable to assist my father in logging in. We have tried resetting the password, but to no avail. Please assist us in restoring his account. The customer would like to have this account and not make a new account, and it has proven difficult thus far. We are looking forward to hearing back.

you can try using Incognito mode and PM app once more
if still showing locked, then PM can help. You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
