Hi,
A few months ago, I helped a friend setting up a PM account using my credit card information. Now, he is overseas and we I am unable to access his account to remove my cc information. How can I stop my credit card from being charged?

I sounds like you want to pause Subscribe (AutoPay) while he is overseas. He can login to his account online and have the 2FA code sent to his email.
Remember he can only pause up to 90 days. Any longer, his account will be close, SIM will stop working and his number will be returned to the carrier he got the number from.
I don’t suggest to contact his CC company and stop payment because he will be flagged for dispute and all future payments will be paid with vouchers for 1 year.
If he has problems login to his account. He can contact a CS_Agent online.

I was wondering if PM can find which account my CC is associated with if I provide my CC information to them. If not, I guess the only way is to reach out to my credit card company. And since I use a different credit card to pay for both mine and my wife's plan, I believe these accounts would not be at jeopardy, right?
If I read correctly, you're using a different credit card for you and your wife's account (same card) but a totally different card with your buddies account. Correct? If so, that should not affect you and your wife's account.

Hey @rondee81
You can try and contact a CS Agent but this may be tough to do as it's his account.
You can submit ticket by direct message:

A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:

If they are unable to resolve it, then the only option is to contact your credit card company and reverse the fee. This will of course stop the account from charging your credit card however it may put your own account at jeopardy. You should run this with the CS Agent for their advice.
